2006 DuraTech 3010 Fifth Wheel Tub grinder
The unit that we have for sale is a 2006 Dura Tech 3010 Tub Grinder.
This unit is permitted with the California Air Resource Board!
This 2006 DuraTech Model 3010 Tub Grinder is built for extreme wear and tear
and comes equipped with a powerful Caterpillar Model C15 Engine with 475 HP,
Tier III emissions, HPTO 14 Wet Clutch electronic diesel engine. This has
20 fixed hammers, Hydraulic Front Stabilizer Jacks, Fold in Tub Flare, Fifth
Wheel Hitch, the Discharge Conveyor Drive Roller is a Magnetic Roller
Complete with Aluminum Deflector Chute. This unit also has a 6 function Tub
Start, Stop, Reverse, Conveyor Up, Conveyor Down, and Engine Kill on the
Remote Control. The screens are 3/4" Hole 1/2" Thick Hardox with doubler
and this unit also comes with a mill cover and a Hammer Rod Puller. This
unit has an enclosed engine compartment which quiets and protects the engine
from dust and debris buildup. It has an electric over hydraulic controls
for clutch, governor, tub, and conveyor. The Model 3010 has a self cleaning
rotary air intake screen with 1800 sq. in. of air passage which brings
constant clean air to the radiator and engine. This reduces the
maintenance, makes easy access to the radiator for servicing and allows
flexibility in positioning the grinder.
